Muslims worldwide have taken part in the non-Muslims' festivities for Mother's Day and Father's Day.

These days were established due to the erosion of parental rights, but honoring parents should not be limited to just one day a year. Allah teaches us that, parents deserve our respect and honor every day of our lives. Even if they do not share our beliefs, we should still treat them with dignity and respect. These days have not been legislated in the religion of Islam; neither Prophet Muhammad a nor the Salaf initiated them. So, why are we setting aside just one day of the year to honor our mothers or fathers? I have crafted this workbook to educate our children about the importance of abstaining from these days and the reasons behind it. Additionally, I have included Quranic verses, Hadiths, and activity worksheets that emphasize the significance of our daily interactions with our parents throughout our lives, rather than just on one designated day. It underscores the fact that our parents require more from us than just food and gifts. I sincerely hope that your children and students will derive enjoyment and learning from this valuable resource. Please utilize it in your homes, classrooms, homeschools, masjid's, and any suitable place, In'shaa'Alah.

Once downloaded, pdf lasts for 30 days. So please print before the 30 days is up In’shaa’Allah.
